Cody’s day-to-day focus is to build upon the successful foundation and reputation that has been developed at Storm over nearly 25 years. Cody is driving the initiative to re-engineer the company’s systems, processes, and procedures with cutting edge technology.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Cody also has an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee. His education is enhanced by his military experience in the United States Marine Corps with two tours of duty in the Al Anbar Province, Iraq.
Born and raised ten miles from Decatur in Athens, Tennessee, Cody has been married to his best friend, Amanda for twelve years. They have two children, daughter Kaeli and son, Eli who enjoy camping trips with mom and dad. Cody's other interests include golf, running, hiking and rafting.

Mark is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and leads Storm’s direct sales team. He came to Storm with 14 years in metals industry manufacturing and distribution, and has both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. His focus is on exceeding profitability and revenue goals, and expanding our market mix through gains in the vertical marketplace.
For Mark, Responsive Manufacturing is all about the customer. “It’s about meeting delivery dates every time, and providing timely communication with our partners/ customers,” he says.
Mark and his wife Amy are parents to daughter Madelyn and son Cole. The family is very active in church, and both Mark and Amy spend a lot of time busy with the kids’ activities, including, dance, Cub Scouts, baseball, and soccer.

Jim hails from Dayton, Tennessee, and holds a business degree, along with professional certifications including a DFM/DFA from Eastern Michigan University, and a KT in Project Management, He’s also certified with The Industrial Time Study Institute in Akron, Ohio. He’s been in manufacturing for more than 22 years, and for 10 of those years, served in a leadership capacity.
On a daily basis, Jim oversees the teams on the shop floor, working to keep everyone on track and working together to achieve goals. He feels that the core of Responsive Manufacturing lies in achieving the perfect storm of people, product, processes and policies, driven by pure efficiency and organization.
Jim and his wife Kim, whom he describes as his soul mate, have two daughters, Ashton and Abigail. The youngest of four children, Jim is very close to his family, and is proud of the fact that he either sees or speaks to both of his parents every day.

Steve grew up just seven miles from Storm, here in Decatur, Tennessee. He has a degree in Engineering and Industrial Technology, and came to us after many successful years in quality assurance for the automotive industry.
Steve manages our Quality department, evaluating our processes to identify possible points of failure, and making changes to reduce or eliminate those risks. He says that for him, Responsive Manufacturing is all about agility, being able to quickly change what we do to get customers whatever they need.
Married since 1987, Steve and his wife have two sons. He enjoys rafting, hiking, and working on cars. He says that his favorite vacation destination is “anywhere I haven’t already been.”

Scott grew up a Meigs County native and has worked in copper fabrication for more than 20 years. His background includes running and programming equipment, creating and improving processes, designing and purchasing tools, and managing engineering and production teams.
At Storm, Scott puts his background to great use every day, in new product development, product and process improvement, and in helping troubleshoot issues in the plant. He says that being able to quickly supply our customers with a top-quality product that surpasses their expectations is how he defines true Responsive Manufacturing.
Scott and his wife Michelle have three daughters, Ally, Hanna, and Makinley. He enjoys helping the girls improve their basketball skills, and also teaches (along with his wife) a children’s class at his church every Wednesday evening. With relatives in California, Scott and his family always look forward to visiting The Golden State and taking advantage of the many beaches up and down the west coast.

A Butler University graduate originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Molly has focused her career on sales with a concentration on customer service and operations.
At Storm, she manages Inside Sales, a hand-picked team driven to maintain order entry within 24 hours or less, ensuring follow up on quotes, "held" orders, and orders needing more info from the customer. Molly and her staff not only track orders, invoicing, credit approval and RMAs, they partner with production to resolve problem/late/changed orders. Atop of a long list daily challenges, she works hard to encourage her team to exceed expectations and sales goals.
In her free time, Molly enjoys exploring Eastern Tennessee as well as other locations around the world. She reads, runs, bakes, and meditates when not focusing on how to constantly increase the customers' experience with Storm.
