Cody’s day-to-day focus is to build upon the successful foundation and reputation that has been developed at Storm over nearly 25 years. Cody is driving the initiative to re-engineer the company’s systems, processes, and procedures with cutting edge technology.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Cody also has an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee. His education is enhanced by his military experience in the United States Marine Corps with two tours of duty in the Al Anbar Province, Iraq.

Mark is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and leads Storm’s direct sales team. He came to Storm with 14 years in metals industry manufacturing and distribution, and has both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. His focus is on exceeding profitability and revenue goals, and expanding our market mix through gains in the vertical marketplace.

For Mark, Responsive Manufacturing is all about the customer. “It’s about meeting delivery dates every time, and providing timely communication with our partners/ customers,” he says.

Jim hails from Dayton, Tennessee, and holds a business degree, along with professional certifications including a DFM/DFA from Eastern Michigan University, and a KT in Project Management, He’s also certified with The Industrial Time Study Institute in Akron, Ohio. He’s been in manufacturing for more than 22 years, and for 10 of those years, served in a leadership capacity.

On a daily basis, Jim oversees the teams on the shop floor, working to keep everyone on track and working together to achieve goals. He feels that the core of Responsive Manufacturing lies in achieving the perfect storm of people, product, processes and policies, driven by pure efficiency and organization.

Steve grew up just seven miles from Storm, here in Decatur, Tennessee. He has a degree in Engineering and Industrial Technology, and came to us after many successful years in quality assurance for the automotive industry.

Steve manages our Quality department, evaluating our processes to identify possible points of failure, and making changes to reduce or eliminate those risks. He says that for him, Responsive Manufacturing is all about agility, being able to quickly change what we do to get customers whatever they need.

Scott grew up a Meigs County native and has worked in copper fabrication for more than 20 years. His background includes running and programming equipment, creating and improving processes, designing and purchasing tools, and managing engineering and production teams.

At Storm, Scott puts his background to great use every day, in new product development, product and process improvement, and in helping troubleshoot issues in the plant. He says that being able to quickly supply our customers with a top-quality product that surpasses their expectations is how he defines true Responsive Manufacturing.

Eric comes to Storm from Cleveland, Tennessee with over 12 years of experience in sales and customer service which is only enhanced by his prior commitment in the United States Navy.

At Storm, he manages Inside Sales, a hand-picked team driven to initiate and maintain order entry within 48 hours or less, distributing/following up on quotes, and the many multi-faceted events that occur daily in this fast paced department. The team also partners with production and Quality to resolve or head off any potential issues as needed. Atop a long list of daily challenges, he works hard to encourage his team to exceed expectations and sales goals.
